The reception is near the main entrance on the ground floor. If you have any problems, queries or need more information, please ask here. Office hours are as follows:
The kitchen/coffee area is provided on the 1st floor near for learners to have tea and coffee. Learners are asked to leave the place clean and tidy.
Toilets are provided on the first floor including the one with disabled access.
Please note there is a no smoking policy in the building.

Fire If you hear the fire alarm, follow the fire exit signs & leave the building by the front entrance and make your way to the open space (i.e. Thornton Square) which is 30 metres to the right of this centre. Do not re-enter the building until told that you may do so. If you discover a fire, please raise the alarm or inform staff immediately. |

Accidents The first aid kit is put in the reception desk both upstairs and downstairs. Please report all accidents to the reception area. |

Security We cannot accept responsibility for personal possessions. Please keep valuables with you at all times and don’t have any bags unattended. Rooms should not be left unattended and unlocked even for a short time. If you are the last one to leave the room, please remind staff to lock up. |
