Staff are available to offer advice as to the most suitable course of study. An initial assessment of existing knowledge and skills will be offered to learners where appropriate.

Details of the course content, timetable and assessment procedures will be given by the tutor at the start of each course during the induction process. Learners will receive regular feedback on progress throughout the course. For those needing more support during their programmed of study e.g. literacy, numeracy, or English communication, we have a team of learning support staff and volunteers. Volunteer work placements may be arranged for learners wishing to gain experience in preparation for work. Please contact the Centre Manager if you are interested.

Arrangement can be made to provide help and advice on interview and job application techniques and details of up to the minute job vacancies. Please contact the office if you are interested.
